Guests will have the opportunity to enjoy a free tasting of Doli olive oil and a short education delivered by our olive oil sommelier. Regardless of the season, the hosts together with their guests enjoy the production and sharing of oil in order to gain knowledge, skills and a true experience of the Istrian life.
